I failed my one hour yesterday (145, under 130 is passing at my doc) so they said they’re sending me a new lab slip for the 3 hour along with a diet to follow for 3 days prior. My question is, why do they make you follow a specific diet when they’re trying to see if you have GD? Shouldn’t I be eating what I normally eat and then take it? Haven’t heard anyone of you girls talking about following an eating plan before taking it…has anyone had to??
